Rapid HVAC, Inc. is a locally owned and operated company since 2001, serving the Greater Washington D.C. area, along with many other East Coast regions. Rapid, Inc. is viewed as one of the premier HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical installation and Facility Maintenance companies in the D.C. area by many Federal Agencies and local businesses. We have over 100 years of combined experience in the mechanical and facilities maintenance industries.

Our installation and maintenance team is comprised of both Journeymen and Licensed Master Mechanics, Plumbers, and Electricians. Our entire staff undergoes ongoing, intensive training in order to stay current with the ever-changing advancements in equipment and technology. This has allowed us to ensure proper facility maintenance, equipment installation, and full customer satisfaction with every job we deliver.
